We consider you

Our processes are informal and informative, we are keen to get to know more about you, your skills, experience and motivations, and tell you as much as possible about the role and working at MMI.  Please let us know if you have any questions about any stage of the process or require any adjustments or additional information.

As a values-driven organisation, we utilise a combination of competency-based, conversational and values-based questions in all of our interviews.
