What We Offer

What We Offer

We have established compensation bands across the organisation, as we seek to ensure as much money as possible goes directly towards feeding children. Each band has four spinal points to allow for salary progression in role. Salaries are advertised on our website.

An expectation of a vocational approach has shaped our approach to compensation for senior roles within Mary’s Meals International.

Mary’s Meals International UK-based staff may be eligible to join our non-contributory pension scheme. Mary’s Meals International makes monthly contributions of 8% of an employee’s gross salary to the scheme. For employees based outside of the UK, an equivalent allowance for pension will be paid with your salary.
