Liz in Canada marked her fortieth birthday with a serious physical test, open-water swimming across San Franciso Bay to Alcatraz. Her no-fear mindset brought in enough funds to feed an entire school of children in Malawi for a year. Inspired by people’s generosity she has continued her ‘hope over fear’ mindset with a series of other international challenges.
