Graeme Little

Graeme Little’s extraordinary career spans more than two decades in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Before joining Mary’s Meals in 2014 as Head of IT and Operations, Graeme rose steadily through the ranks at global engineering giant Eaton, during which time he relocated to Pune to help establish and manage Eaton’s India IT Centre.

After establishing himself as a trusted senior figure in the organisation, Graeme transitioned away from IT and began leading the school feeding programme work, rising to Director of Programmes and later Chief Programmes Officer in 2022. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Graeme now oversees the finance and procurement departments at Mary’s Meals International, ensuring that resources are managed effectively to support the mission of feeding millions of children every school day. He is also heavily involved in the development and operations of Mary’s Meals’ school feeding programmes, guiding ongoing work to streamline processes and enhance the programme’s impact. His expertise in technology and project management further enhances the efficiency and reach of Mary’s Meals’ initiatives.

Graeme holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics, and two Postgraduate Diplomas in Information Technology and Business Administration.
